1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the latecha.lt website and service conditions of MB Latecha (company code 307645661, address Griežlės g. 82-5, Užliedžių k., LT-54303 Kaunas district, Lithuania). By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Latecha provides the following services: used construction and agricultural equipment sales, spare parts supply, equipment servicing, financing solutions, logistics and transport organisation, equipment sourcing on request. Service scope and conditions are agreed individually with each client.

3. Orders and enquiries

Enquiries submitted through the website are not binding orders. The contact form is intended for initial communication purposes. Specific trade and service relationships are formalised through separate contracts. Pricing, delivery terms and other conditions are discussed individually.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change. The final price is confirmed individually with each client. Prices may be listed with or without VAT - this is clearly indicated with each offer. Payment terms are agreed in the contract.

5. Delivery

Equipment delivery conditions, timelines and pricing are agreed individually. Latecha organises transport through partners but is not liable for delays due to force majeure (weather conditions, road closures, customs procedures). Shipments are insured during transit.

6. Warranty

Used equipment is sold in the condition it is in at the time of purchase. Technical condition is described in the sales documents. Service work is covered by a warranty as agreed separately. Spare parts carry the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

Latecha makes every effort to ensure the information on the website is accurate and current but does not guarantee its completeness. Photos and specifications on the website are for informational purposes. Latecha is not liable for losses arising from decisions made based solely on website information.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania at the registered office of Latecha, in accordance with Lithuanian law.

9. Changes to terms

Latecha reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the website. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
